Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR)
Employer Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) covers the essential knowledge needed for the world of work. The purpose of this course is to ensure learners gain a general understanding of their rights and responsibilities as an employee and the responsibilities and duties of employers. ERR will enable learners to both know and understand the principles associated with the nine national outcomes such as the world of work and how they are constrained by various legal and organisational procedures for their own well-being.

As this course ensures learners gain a general understanding of their rights and responsibilities as an employee and explains the responsibilities and duties of those employing them, this course really is suitable and useful for all. For this reason it comes as standard with all of our courses. It is also an integral part of the PMO and BIT courses, therefore if learners are enrolled on these courses they will need to complete this too
