Leadership and Management Level 3
The Leadership and Management Level 3 training programme is for anyone who takes responsibility for managing a team or discrete project.
A team leader/supervisor is a first line management role, with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.
The course will support the learner to manage and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources, along with taking responsibility for delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships.

The level 3 management course is ideal for: Supervisors, Team Leaders, Project Officers, Shift Supervisors, Forepersons or Shift Managers looking to learn the skills to manage teams and projects to meet private, public or voluntary organisation’s goals.
A level 3 Leadership and Management training programme that will support any team leader/supervisor role in any sector; it would also be suitable for first time managers. A typical duration of 12 – 18 months ‘on the job’ learning.
